What we collect and use
We store your registration email, a securely hashed password, necessary session data, research requests and added conditions, plans, snapshots of public sources, reports, result feedback, credit activity and execution records to provide the research service, manage accounts, check charges and troubleshoot. Login uses a necessary session cookie.
How research is processed
Research requests, necessary conditions, public web pages that were read and conversation content are sent to the DeepSeek API to generate plans and reports; search terms are sent to the configured search service. Your account email and login password are not sent to the model as research content. The service visits external public websites.
DeepSeek's published policy states that its data processing involves China. This product does not promise that the model provider keeps no data or does not use it for training. Do not provide names, contact details, unpublished work, health information or other private material that is not needed for public research.
Retention and deletion
Accounts, research and related records are kept so you can return to them. You can use the email above to request access, correction or deletion, or to object to processing; we handle the request after verifying who is asking and explain any records we must keep and why. Copies in backups are removed on the backup rotation schedule; accepted deletions are also applied when a backup is restored.
We do not sell your account or research data. If you have questions about data processing, contact the operator first; UK users may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
