Scope of service
The preview is for invited users to research public opportunities and rules and provides reports with sources. It may miss, misread or be unable to access web pages; a completed research means the report was saved, not that an opportunity was found, eligibility met, funding awarded or a place secured. Check the relevant official text before deciding to apply or pay.
Submit only the conditions needed for the research that you have the right to provide, and do not submit private material. The product does not log in to websites, apply, pay or send email on your behalf.
Credits and research control
Plans and credits are enabled by the operator; the preview does not support online payment. Before approving a plan you see the credits that will be held (number of results × price per result). When the research ends you are charged only for the billable results found and the rest is returned; if nothing is found, everything is refunded. Canceling a research stops further execution, and results already found are settled under the same rule. Research created earlier is still settled under the previous rules.
Preview and feedback
Preview features may change, pause or end. Protect your account password and do not share it. For error reports, unexpected charges, account problems or data deletion, contact the operator; we will check the execution records and respond.
